I.N.C.E.S., (National Electronic Industry of Traffic Lights Construction) was born in Treviglio (Bg) in 1964, works in road traffic field with experience and professionally.
Since It was born , built by the founder Mr. Bertolini p.i. Franco, Inces has been living a gradual and important growth kept strong over the time by the engagement of the successors of the Bertolini's Family and the sound principles on which it's based on :

Headquarters of Treviglio has an area of 1.500 m² indoor and 500 m² outdoor , divided among production, warehousing and offices.

Turin Branch , built in 1964 too as a storage/warehouse of its materials, was handled by the agent BIANCO Rag. FRANCO until 1994 (date of his death).

It moved from Via Monte Cimone, 27 to Via Chambery 91/19 on 8th March 2003 , with 400 m² of storage, 200 m² of office and 400 m² indoor , it's able to cover the territory of Piemonte/ Liguria/Valle d'Aosta.
